Our office hours are Monday
through Saturday from 10:00A.M. to 6:00p.m. If you receive the
answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call
by the following business day. If you specify an urgent need for a
response, We will contact you within 12 hours. |

Can I meet my
sitter before they begin caring for my pets? |
|
|
We will visit your home prior to
your first pet sitting service to meet and get acquainted with you and
your pet(s), and collect detailed information about their individual
needs and your specific care instructions. We will also provide written
literature describing our services and fees, along with a scope of
service contract that will be signed by the client. |

What
happens during a visit from my sitter? |
|
|
In accordance with your specific
needs and instructions, we will walk your pet, feed them at the
appropriate time, give them fresh water, and clean cages and kitty
litter boxes as well as stalls. Of course, play time and lots of love
and attention are always part of the visit. We will also administer
medication and/or vitamins, if necessary. We cater to each pet and their
special needs, whether it’s getting a belly rub, being brushed or just
being talked to. We love to pamper them. Additional services we offer at
no extra charge are bringing in your mail, newspaper and packages,
watering your plants, filling bird feeders, and rotating the lights in your home to give it a
"lived-in" look while you are away. |

What are your fees? |

We offer many
services so the prices vary per service. Our vacation rates are decided
by how many visits per day as well as how long the visit is. So please
contact us to discuss each specific need. |

What kinds of pets do you take care of?
All pets from farm animals to exotic pets, we take care of them
all. |

What is your cancellation fee?
Cancellations are free of charge
up to 48 hours prior to the start of your engagement. |
