had Duffie, Morgan and Mallie for years before my three kids were born,
and - trust me - they do not know they are dogs! Like children, my pups
each have their own special characters and needs. Mallie is a Brittany

be fed at her appointed hour. Morgan, a Westie, also possesses a high
energy level, and an extremely small bladder, so his “outside trips” are

If you need to “duplicate yourself” in terms of the ability to fulfill
your pets’ needs while you are on vacation, at work, or tending to
whatever calls you away, I cannot more highly recommend Christy Gates of
Christy’s Canines. I reluctantly looked into boarding options, thinking
it was the only way all of my pets’ special needs could be addressed if
I left town. These options were expensive, and there is no way they
could approximate the professionalism, competency, customization, and
care that Christy provides, and my “first kids” stayed in their own
home. What a blessing it was for me – and my dogs - to find Christy!
